Let me tell you a little bit about myself! I have worked in journalism and communications for more than 25 years, as Editor-in-Chief of an 85,000 circulation newspaper, as an editor/reporter for a metropolitan daily newspaper and several national publications, including “Investor’s Business Daily,” and now as Communications Director for the largest religious media network in the world.
I’ve given workshops for journalists at national and regional press conventions on how to use social media to expand their publications’ outreach and increase circulation, and have trained journalists on how to become an expert in their niche for a national publisher.

How is Fr Tony doing?
Thanks for writing. Fr. Anthony is undergoing treatment for a chronic illness (not terminal) and is unable to celebrate the daily televised Mass. Why hasn t Father Anthony celebrated Mass on TV in so long?

I am not a Scientist but a believer in the Roman Catholic Church. One day, while watching TV early 1990’s, I saw in one channel:
Dr. Hugh Ross, who claimed to be a PHYSICIST and a professor of the subject for more than 20 years. He said that in his youth, his mother was taking him to a Christian church, he was introduced to the Bible Christians for years till he went to High School, then College, and he became a Doctor of Physics and he believed himself to be an ATHEIST. He read most religious books till one day, he had to be back to the old Christian Bible. He said, he was surprised by the TRUTH that even in the first 2 verses of GENESIS, he saw the PRINCIPLES of PHYSICS introduced in the CREATION.
Genesis 1:1-2 In the beginning, when God created the heaven and the earth, and the earth was without form or shape, with darkness over the abyss and a mighty wind sweeping over the waters.
He saw 5 Principles of Physics in this CREATION account. TIME(In the beginning), SPACE(heaven), MATTER (earth), MOTION( God created), FORCE(mighty wind sweeping).
As a Catholic, I thought, so after all, these non Catholics and we Catholics can both be led to TRUTH. I went to a Christian Book Store and got a 3 book set on GENESIS by JVernon McGee.
His 1st book on Ch 1-15, I read p.63. He talked about Herbert Spencer who enumerated these manifestations of the UNKNOWABLE. He also talked about a certain George Dewey Blomgren who was talking to an army sergeant who was a law graduate. Since then, I had been talking in my RCIA classes about these people when asked by Catechumens and candidates about NO CLASH between Science and the BIBLE Story of CREATION. Even PHYSICISTS were led by the CREATOR to the 1st step of LEARNING in a systematic, scientific way.
Thus the schools have to start with Principles in all studies whatever may be the FIELD.
I believe the Almighty, all-knowing and all loving merciful GOD. It’s the Jesuits who started our Church and School in the Philippines
